The seven mandalas on this mat symbolize the spinal line with the energy centres in our body. By exercising on this mat, we give the body the opportunity to complement and harmonize these energy centres , chakras, according to individual needs.
Individual mandalas carry the symbols of colours, lines and numbers of shapes. The silvery line between the mandalas symbolizes the flow of energy, the connection to harmony, and, just like in music, individual tones merge into a melody. A melody of the world of Yoga.
